As owners of one the properties Josh has managed for around two years, we would like to say how pleased we have been with Josh's management. He has been thoughtful, wise and helpful. He's very conscientious over the kind of details that property owners need to know are being handled. Such as legal elements, relationships with the holiday tenants, neighbours and at times those rare claims through insurance due to tenants breaking the odd thing. Josh is a trustworthy manager and Bay and Beyond have cared for our home well. Lovely cottage with everything you need, in a great location! We had a fun morning on a canoe which was great and saw lovely views! Josh is Very helpful and got back to us quickly when we had questions to ask. Thank you for the added extras too! Would highly recommend
