  • We offer a fully hands-off service, including:

  • Nope! We handle everything for you. You’ll be kept in the loop and have access to your calendar, but we manage all the day-to-day operations.

  • Yes! You’ll have access to a live owner calendar where you can block off any dates for personal use at any time.

Management & Services

  • We use dynamic pricing software alongside our local market expertise to adjust nightly rates based on demand, seasonality, events, and competitor activity—maximising your income.

  • This varies depending on location, size, features, and season. We’ll provide a personalised income projection based on similar local listings during your consultation.

  • Payouts are made monthly, and you’ll receive a detailed earnings report with a breakdown of bookings, cleaning fees, and our commission.

Income & Pricing

  • We coordinate professional cleaners and laundry services after every stay. Properties are thoroughly checked and restocked before each new guest.

  • We have a guest damage policy in place through our partnership with Truvi, which includes a choice between a refundable deposit or a damage waiver. If anything happens, we handle the claims and coordination.

  • Yes—we take care of all minor maintenance and will contact you for anything more significant. You’re welcome to use your own contractors if preferred.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • You’ll receive:

    • A secure online portal with booking data and calendar access

    • Monthly earnings statements

    • Regular updates from your dedicated property manager

  • Absolutely! We’ll guide you through the transition and make it as seamless as possible. We’ve helped many owners switch and start earning more with less hassle.
